Candy Corn Subtraction Math Stations

This candy corn themed subtraction activity is a hands on center for students to practice subtracting numbers within 20. Students will use these subtraction flash cards with these hands on subtraction mats to solve each problem using tens frames, number bonds or number lines.

What is included?

• A tens frame math mat
• Two number line math mat (one up to 10 and one up to 20)
• Two number bond math mat
• A tens and ones math mat
• A set of candy corn themed math cards that included all of the subtraction facts 20-20 down to 0-0.

The math mats are designed to be laminated and used with dry erase markers to make them reusable for multiple students to use. You may choose to add manipulatives such as mini erasers, counters or other objects to assist students in solving these subtraction equations.
